This is the new Memorandum of Understanding that serves to provide legal underpinning and insurance for our service to the county. To remain or to become a new volunteer for the county, you will need to sign this document, and send either to Leland Gallup or to the Emergency Manager. There are some other requirements (training, background check, volunteer applications etc).
